View printable versionWhen first starting out with Photoshop Elements, I had no idea how to use the toolbar. Now, though, as an experienced user, I know what every single tool does. I've made an image to show you what the tools do, but it can be very hard to explain. I highly advise that you open up a new image and just start playing around with the tools. This is by far one of the esiest ways to learn Photoshop.
