About this layout
Hmm, my sister says that I'm making my layouts too shiny and too bluish-reddish >.> Yep, and this layout is definitely all that lol, but I like this one nevertheless because it's FMA *fangirl scream* ^o^
A few things: first of all, those two boxes up top are actually image links, so you can place two big category links up there, like the "index" or perhaps the "forum," whatever you prefer. Also, where it says "site title" you can put the title of your site there. However, the space is really small and the font is really big, so you can abbreviate or write something else there, it's up to you ;)
I do suggest that you know a
little bit of basic html, or you might not find your way through the boxes links up there ^^;;; Also, there are a total of
FOUR (that's right, the # 4) headers defined in the css, so you have to know what you're doing to use them correctly.

Uploading the layout onto your site
1.
Download the layout first (obviously) and upload all the contents under one folder on your computer.
2. Open up
index.html and edit whatever you want under the navigation and contents columns.
3. Then upload the files onto your own server.

You must follow every one of these rules if you choose to use this layout!
- Do not remove the credits! (#1 most important) They must be on every single page of your website.
- Do not claim the layout designs or codings as yours.
- Do not edit any of the codes.
- Do not copy the codes to use for any other means.
- Do not use the layout to make your own graphics.
- Do not redistribute this layout.
- Do not direct-link to anything on this preview.
- Do not use the goodies graphics for anything else other than for the site where you use this design.
