Fixed series and a brush set

A new grunge brush set: Decayed paper. I'll try and add some PSP and Image Pack versions for the next update.

Trying to fix the double series, I messed the series for avatars, layouts and renders. I've fixed it now, but some of the latest submitted avatars lost their series, so I had to add them myself, and I wasn't sure about some of them... so if there are any avatars or such with a wrong series, or a generic series such "Anime" or "Others" when there's a specific one, please let me know along with the avatar filename.

I've also fixed the tutorial submission page that wasn't working before. As I mentioned there, you may PM me tutorials you've posted at the forum and I'll move it to the site. Original posts' comments will be kept.

Let me know if you have any question, I think I didn't explain it very well!

Edit: Forgot to add 2 big textures, I added them now. Thanks for submitting!
