PNGs processed (finally)

Edit 29th Sept, 2006: I'm sorry for the long long downtime. The site had to be suspended because it was using far too much server resources because it's almost all of it database driven. To solve this, I'm working on cache versions of some of the sections. You won't notice the changes at all, it's more a server thing. Thanks for visiting us! Thank you so much for all the comments about the new layout. I know it's not much change from the previous one, but still I'm happy with it ^_^ Yes, yes, finally. I've re-coded the PNG section and processed all PNGs that were submitted, resulting in 25 new PNG from the series: Legend of Zelda, Final Fantasy VII, Digi Charat, Aquarian Age, Card Captor Sakura, Pita Ten, Star Ocean Ex, Shuffle, Bakuretsu Tenshi, Disgaea, Angel Dust, Gundam Seed, Moldavite, Bleach, Nana, Loveless, Paradise Kiss and others. There's also a dropdown to sort them by series, just like the avatars. The new thumbnails should look good, but you may have to clear your cache to view the new ones. As for avatars, there are 15 new ones. None made by me. Sorry I was too sleepy to make one for this update, so I used an old one :S I changed the coding, now there's no need to download avatars, simply right click and save to your computer. It was changed because I won't be prunning them depending on downloads anymore, but on my own opinion and I don't really want to restrict right-clicks. You can see 6 very beautiful new layouts. Thanks a lot for submitting them. They're best of the best as you may already know, I just want to add the very best ones. The tutorials have been updated with 1 new PS tutorial and another PSP tutorial. Thank you Yuki-chan and illuminatist! Yet more resources for you were added during the past week.

• 2 textures made out of photos I took. Very random as usual.

v25.0: Seaside memories

Vivid colours... or maybe soft ones? o_o it's quite a mixture. I really wanted to make a layout with stock images instead of illustrations. I spent quite some time with the header, though I always do, this time it's more noticeable. Purple looks so much better than pink to me, though our forum is already purple, but I just don't get tired of this color (same with blue). I'm still editing the CSS and all, I'll edit when it's done and when the submissions are processed! Edit: Thanks for the lovely comments about the new layout :) I think I'm done with the CSS and adjusting the layout, but let me know if you spot any error. I'm also changing the coding on various pages so that they follow coding semantics and also fixing validation errors. The about section was re-written no long ago, and the TOS were revised too. In the end I didn't have the time to process submissions or make additions, sorry, I'll make an update soon with new things ^_^

Nana is an awesome series

I just love it! Nana is awesome. I've seen up to episode 19 and I can't wait for more. I'm thinking about buying the manga... anyone has read it? You may have already noticed the new patterns section. There are 5 sets so far. Each zip file includes the .pat file for photoshop and images to use them with other programs or just as page backgrounds. I really like set #3, it turned out quite well. About the layouts, well, I'm sorry but none of the submitted layouts made it, so the only new layout is one I did, another vector one. It's named Amapolas, spanish word for Poppys. 3 new brush sets were added recently: retro dots, cachemira and forest flowers. I hope you like them There are also 3 new photoshop tutorials: colouring images by V_girl, coloured avatar and patterns by me. I'm really sorry but the PNG hasn't been processed yet: that's because I want to change that page (the way they're displayed) but I'm still not sure how to do it: like the textures or like the brushes. It will be done soon, though, I promise. As usual, the avatars where processed, so there are 15 new ones. I also deleted some of the old avatars that weren't very good. I've also included a navigation to see the avatars by series, simply select the series from the dropdown. Many many icon bases were added to the gallery from the following series: xxHolic, Nana, Final Fantasy X, Azumanga Daioh, Chobits, Final Fantasy X-2 and Xenosaga. Thanks a lot lufiamanaelf for submitting most of those. There are 188 bases right now, and it was added no long ago! Thanks to Chanlu for sponsoring the gallery. Two small albums were added there:
