Color textures and vintage brushes

I finally had the inspiration to work on some textures and brushes. Here they are, I hope you like them! The textures are colorful and blurry. There's one big texture and 21 icon textures done from the big one. The new brush set has swirly vintage brushes, which I really like using with my images. Avatar used in this update was done by Fangirly ❤ Edit: Lol... PNG approved and avatar submission form fixed

...Or at least I think so o_O Please, the people that were having problems submitting avatars, let me know if it works the page for you now. Thanks! So I've spent almost all day coding Celestial Star's admin panel and approving submissions. I've approved the newest avatars submitted... I still need to go through the older ones. Same with PNG, I approved 28 of them. The beautiful avatar used in this update was done by Forcade.

Submission forms fixed

It seems the new server has a different PHP version than the previous one, so the submission forms were throwing errors. I've fixed them already, sorry for the inconvenience. Some avatars were processed as well. I need to go through the PNG and layouts, I'll be coding the panel to do it now~
