Switch to firefox!

IE users may have already noticed the box telling why you should switch to firefox and how right above the updates (Firefox or Opera users won't see it!). If you didn't know it, IE is evil. It's a headache for designers because of the weird ways it shows our coding. Still, as most of the people uses IE, we should make our designs IE compatible. I just love its features (the tabbed browsing is simply awesome). So, switch to Firefox, it's better and faster. I received some layouts, but some of them didn't look good in Firefox... and others... well, they were too simple (don't get me wrong, simple is beautiful, but not that way) or simply didn't look awesome to me. So from all the layout submissions, only 2 were aded. Thanks a lot anyways for your submissions. There's also another layout done by me: celestial-star.net's very first version. Some of you may still remember it. A total of 50 avatars were added. Yes, that's a lot, but still all of them are gorgeous, thank you. I had this great idea to add icon bases sorted by series and categories at the gallery... and I did it, so now you can get icon bases at the gallery for your avatars. The categories and series sorting options aren't still implemented, but it'll be done soon. I wonder if the PNGs should be moved to the gallery too? hmmm... Speaking of PNGs, they'll be processed soon, I didn't find the time to do it today. Edit: I forgot to mention I have added a new brush set: flowing lines 2. I added information for the commercial use of our brush sets. Because of that, from now on, there will be only brush sets done by me at the site, sorry, but I think it's fair. The Tales artbook, with images from Tales of Destiny and Tales of Eternia has been added to the gallery.

Right where it belongs

Yet more NIN songs o_o; I got pretty addicted. The lyric for that song in the title and avatar is awesome anyways. Speaking of avatars, there are 10 new ones, thanks for submitting. Layouts and PNG will be processed next time. I've received 3 tutorials by Chou and hp, thanks, they've been added. Be sure to check them out, they're really useful and interesting. The brushes section was changed: now you will need to click a preview to download it. I did this mainly to include the terms of use when you download the sets and so you could see more sets than 5 at first glance. There are 3 new sets: Dashed and dotted, Decorative frames and Halftone, I hope you like them.

Every day is exactly the same

"I think I used to have a voice, now I never make a sound" The avatar at the left was supposed to say that, but I couldn't fit the whole phrase, so I cut it. I think I'm listening Nine Inch Nails too much lately. I've had their music for a long time, but never listened it completely until now o_o; and it's awesome. There are two new layouts: again one by me and the other one by ayumui, thanks a lot. The image for my layout was done in Adobe Illustrator, then edited with Photoshop, so it's fully copyrighted to me. I'm trying to learn a bit of Illustrator :) As well as the layouts, you can find 7 new avatars and 6 PNG in their respective sections. Thanks for your submissions. I've been making some brush sets lately too, you can find 3 new brush sets: Icon lights (just random icon brushes), brushed boxes (boxes and diagonal lines) and Flowing lines (some random things I made in Illustrator). I hope you like them.
