New layout! the last one had been up for a while already, though I didn't get tired of it, I think it was time for a change. I spent a whole lot of time making those little icons you can see around the layout, almost more than the layout itself.
The previous layout will be available for download as an SMF forum theme pretty soon.
I'd like to attract your attention on the new navigation: provided that you've got javascript enabled, you'll be able to expand, collapse and change the position of each of the navigation sections to your liking. Do make a test and use it, the way you leave it will be saved in a cookie and remembered by the script. I do not take credit for the script, it was taken from Brothercake.
Edit: I think the layout is mostly done, please let me know if you find any error. I've already fixed the problem with the kaogrey smilies zip and avatar pages. Thanks Corinne and deerstop for reporting those errors.

Wow! The new layout is lovely!! I like the color purple! But then what got my attention the most was the new Navigation. I love How we can move it around. Though it way it's set already is the best. The site looks clean and more organize. Nice work!
This site is amazingly beautiful. I always check for updates here. The gallery and resources here are breath-taking as well. I think the color scheme is soothing, yet attention-grabbing at the same time. Finally, I think the placement of the content as well as the Javascript enabled navigation sections is perfect. I love everything here. :)

Like the new layout and the fun navigation. Thought you ought to know; the download link for the grey smilies (the first set you did) links to an empty zip folder, the others linkproperly though. Hope you get them u soon, I'd like to download them ^^
Oh my gosh! I love the new layout, Melfina. It is absolutely beautiful. I love how you use colors, they never are sharp or harsh. The color never hurt a persons eyes.

I noticed that when I try to switch pages in the section of avatars (http://celestial-star.net/avatars/), nothing happens. Just loads the same 1st page.

i love the new layout but a think that it's too wide for my taste.....but really, ilove it...the colors you used are very gentle on the eyes...and the coding is F-L-A-W-L-E-S-S.....one of your greatest work, i say
