All submission forms working!
Today's new content
Just fixed the layout submission form, which means all submission forms are working now, yay! the bad news are that I had to delete all pending layout submissions, since the files got lost somewhere during the move a long time ago :/ sorry about that. If you feel like doing so, you may now re-submit those layouts.
Next step is fixing the tutorials section. The "E-mail to a friend" form is not working, nor the link to discuss the tutorials. Also, some of them are showing broken images, which isn't nice.

Some nice avatars have been added! I make a lot of anime icons, so I may join and submit a few of my better ones. I haven't decided yet.

I can't wait to see some new designs! Great to see the problems are being fixed, along with broken links. Oh, you might want to preview the Kaname Kuran layout. There's a problem with the images.

Hello Celestial, I just noticed this today, in your homepage, the way you parse your articles with truncation will break the HTML tags and it is.
